Purpose and Functionality
Module 105.B enables direct radio communication between drivers and the Traffic Management Centre (TMC) via the CB (Citizen Band) radio channel. It supports continuous monitoring of radio communications by operators, as well as voice transmission, enabling rapid responses to emergencies and the real-time sharing of critical information.

- Road Information Broadcasting
The system automatically broadcasts voice messages regarding:
a) accidents, detours and special events;
b) roadworks, restrictions and obstacles;
c) current travel times and border crossing conditions.
- Comprehensive Self-Diagnostics
Monitors the power supply, components, detectors and control logic. The system reports errors to the Central System (CS) every 10 minutes or at intervals specified by the contracting authority.
- Remote Management
Enables control and configuration updates from the Central System.
- Data Archiving
Event logs and messages are stored in non-volatile memory for a minimum of 30 days.
- Fail-Safe Mode
In the event of a power failure, the module automatically switches to a state that does not endanger road users.
