MOBILE APPLICATION FOR ChAT
Faculty of Social Sciences of the Christian Theological Academy in Warsaw – Mobile Application
The PTM Soft team successfully delivered a dedicated mobile application. Specifically, this new Mobile App for ChAT serves the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Christian Theological Academy in Warsaw. We worked intensively on this project because our main goal was to provide a highly functional tool. Consequently, we tailored every feature to the university’s precise operational needs. Furthermore, we recognized from the very beginning that international students would form the primary target audience. Therefore, the entire system was developed exclusively in English.
Our design philosophy focused on making user interaction as simple and effortless as possible. As a result, we ensured that every user can find necessary information quickly. This rule applies even to those just beginning their academic journey at the academy. For this reason, all critical university content was integrated directly into the system. This layout includes detailed study programs, administrative procedures, and contact directories. It also features modules enabling direct communication with academic supervisors. Ultimately, the Mobile App for ChAT functions as an indispensable digital companion for daily campus life.
Mobile App for ChAT – Real Support for Students
This application offers essential tools for daily university life. It contains:

- Clear descriptions of recruitment and administrative steps.
- Direct contact details for student coordinators.
- Fast communication features to reach university staff.
As a result, students find important resources before and during their studies.
Technology and Seamless WordPress Integration
We developed a native application for the Android system. This technical choice ensures high stability and smooth performance. Furthermore, we connected the app with a WordPress CMS. University employees can easily manage all published content. Consequently, they update news or procedures without any external technical help.
Thoughtful Interface and UX Compliance
The user interface strictly follows modern mobile UX standards. Navigation is completely intuitive and layouts are clean. Moreover, these smart design choices prevent unnecessary complications for students.
This app successfully supports international students and improves internal communication. It combines modern mobile features with easy content management. In conclusion, it is a highly effective tool for the entire academic journey.
