New application for teachers by the Polish Teachers’ Union (ZNP). PTM Soft has been invited to cooperate on the project “Social Labor Inspector (SIP) – a guarantee of respecting labor rights in your workplace,” conducted by the Polish Teachers’ Union (ZNP) as part of the European Funds for Social Development 2021–2027 (FERS) Program.
PTM Soft is preparing the functional and technical documentation for the mobile application. As one of the project’s key digital tools, the application is being developed by a team working in strict accordance with the FERS framework to support employees across the education sector. Primarily, it will help teachers. The application will focus on two main areas. First, it will address physical and mental well-being. Second, it will assist in upholding labor rights. As a result, users will gain practical and accessible support. All of PTM Soft’s activities are carried out in close cooperation with the ZNP.

The planned application aims to support teachers and education sector employees. It will help them monitor their occupational workload level and facilitate access to educational materials. It will also provide recommendations for preventing professional burnout.
The team is planning several key features. Among them will be self-assessment tools for well-being, as well as educational modules. Additionally, the application will provide content promoting work-life balance. As a result, users will gain practical support in their daily lives.
PTM Soft cooperates with the ZNP in accordance with the guidelines of the FERS program. The team strictly adheres to the requirements for projects funded by European resources. The company ensures that the documentation complies with legal, technological, and accessibility standards. All activities are executed according to the schedule, and each stage of the work is coordinated with the ZNP project team. As a result, the project progresses smoothly and on track.
