A Modern Bulletin for Gmina Dłutów – More Than Just an Obligation
We designed the new website for the Public Information Bulletin for Gmina Dłutów. Our primary goal was simple. We wanted to help residents access public data easily. Consequently, citizens no longer need to visit the office in person. Today, everything is available online. For example, resolutions, official announcements, and budgets can be accessed instantly from any digital device.
We built this space for immediate use. Therefore, you can find the necessary information right away. There is no need to wait for spare time or travel to the office. The law strictly mandates a BIP portal for every gmina. However, our team went one step further because we care deeply about public transparency. Ultimately, digital accessibility is our main priority.
This new version does much more than satisfy compliance. Specifically, it serves as a real tool for daily contact. The platform successfully connects the local government with residents. Therefore, we focused heavily on intuitive navigation. We also chose responsive web design and friendly language. As a result, every citizen can use the service effortlessly, regardless of age or digital skills.
Reviewing public tenders is now remarkably easy. Tracking official announcements is simple too. In addition, the layout is fully mobile-responsive. Citizens can browse updates smoothly on the go using smartphones or tablets. All documents follow a clear structure. Consequently, finding information takes just a brief moment.
Our team went far beyond basic features. We know that not everyone has fast internet. Therefore, we thoroughly optimized the platform’s technical performance. The website runs smoothly everywhere, even on slow data connections. Furthermore, the published content is now much easier to understand. Public information must never be confusing or hermetic. Ultimately, every resident has a right to know exactly what happens in their gmina.

Local residents need quick access to data. The information must be well-ordered. Therefore, we restructured the entire platform. We built a logical navigation menu. We added clear category tabs. These lead directly to the most popular sections:

Therefore, the objective was not just to check a compliance box. Instead, we focused on delivering a digital solution that actively supports daily interaction between the local office and its residents. In other words, we wanted the Bulletin to be a dynamic tool for transparency, openness, and civic communication, rather than a stagnant message board.
Crucially, basic access to data is one thing, but fast, intuitive access represents a completely superior user experience. This efficiency is especially vital when dealing with matters that directly impact daily lives, such as public tenders, Municipal Council decisions, planned local investments, or municipal budget adjustments.
