The Lower Silesian Regional Development Agency is implementing the “Professional Staff of BUR Entities” project, which aims to develop the competencies of employees across various organizations.

The project is co-financed by European Union funds. Thanks to this, it offers tangible support for a minimum of 450 employees coming from 300 different entities. Thus, the initiative contributes to raising professional qualifications and increasing the operational efficiency of these organizations.

The Agency offers comprehensive support to its participants. It provides individual consultancy as well as access to educational resources. Since the activities are tailored to the needs of specific individuals, participants can better utilize the available tools.

Consequently, the project enhances opportunities for career advancement and more effective performance in the workplace. Importantly, the entire process is flexible and user-friendly.
